From famed amaro-lover Sother Teague comes this mash up of bitter Jägermeister against a classic tiki build. There's a lot of strong flavors here, which means a lot to love!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 oz gold rum (Flor de Caña 4 year recommended)
  
• 1 oz amaro (Jägermeister recommended)
  
• ¾ oz lemon juice
  
• 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except bitters to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled highball glass
  
• Dash bitters on top of more crushed ice
• garnish with an orange twist
